Pets will love this new sound system

The American inventors of a new sound system for pet owners claim it will filter out noises from music that can be harmful to cats and dogs.
The My Pet Speaker removes the very high and low frequency sounds that are created by normal speakers even though humans cannot hear them.
Cats, dogs and horses have extremely sensitive hearing and can be startled by these piercing notes. This can cause stress and force pets to run for the door when some albums are played.
Technology in the My Pet Speaker makes music from connected iPods and CD players pet-friendly without impairing the sound quality for humans.
The speaker has a large, stable base making it hard to knock over and a control panel on the rear so pets cannot accidently hit the buttons.
Janet Marlow, from the speaker manufacturer Pet Acoustics, said pets will now find their owner's music soothing and relaxing.
"It transforms a music library into pet-friendly tunes that soothe and relax dogs, cats, horses, and their owners.
"The limited frequencies and soft bass mean your pets will not be startled or disturbed by jarring volumes and piercing sounds that put them on alert."
The My Pet Speaker will cost around £159 when it goes on sale next month.
Just imagine listening to the following artists on the new sound system: Pet Shop Boys, Atomic Kitten, Pussycat Dolls, Super Furry Animals and Snoop Dogg.
