How do I change my password?

In order to change your password, you'll need to login and click the 'Edit password' tool from the sidebar of the site. You'll be prompted to enter your current password then pick a new and confirm its spelling. If you forget your password, you'll be able to request a password reset.

How can I add my business to your Directory?

If your company is not listed in our Directory section, please email us with your company name, full postal address, telephone number, website address and business email, and tell us which sections you would like to be listed under. Basic listings are available free of charge.

How do I get a more detailed Directory listing with pictures and some text?

Enhanced listings are available on payment of a small monthly fee. If you would like an enhanced listing for your entry in our Directory, please send your text (up to 1500 characters) and four landscape images of 800x600 or larger to our advertising department, stating which sections you would like to be listed under.

Where can I buy Pet Product Marketing magazine?

PPM is a business publication and is available FREE to the pet and aquatic trade. In order to receive a free copy every month you'll need to fill in the form here.

If you meet the controlled terms of our subscription you'll be sent a free copy of the magazine around the first of every month. If you're not eligible, a subscription to PPM is available at a very low cost.

I have subscribed but I have not yet received a copy?

The magazine is posted when the new issue is published, so your subscription will start when the next issue gets printed. There can therefore be a delay of a few weeks before your subscription starts, as you'll need to wait for the next available copy.
