Herbal pet care brand Dorwest Herbs has won ‘Online Business of the Year’ at the prestigious 2025 PIF Awards, congratulated for its new website and online growth over the past 12 months.
Held in Stoke-on-Trent, PIF announced winners in 27 categories. Over 300 industry professionals attended to celebrate excellence across the entire pet industry landscape – “from dedicated groomers and innovative retailers to leading manufacturers and essential suppliers”. In its first year since launching the new website, Dorwest has delivered outstanding online growth, with website sessions up 137% year on year and revenue increasing by a staggering +50%. Ecommerce conversion rates have also increased to well above the industry average at 5.2%, with the website praised for its customer journey focus and in-depth product content.
