The company boasts a host of awards and achievements, branching off overseas and ends Q4 with a 16% increase to exports.

The company’s success has not gone unnoticed winning a host of awards including:
- Marketing Campaign of the Year, from Pet Industry Federation (PIF).
- UK Retailer of the Year and Best Marketing Campaign from PetQuips.
Whilst also being shortlisted for other national awards: Online Business of the Year; New Product of the Year: Accessories; Product of the Year; Rising Star.
A huge part of the success is expansion to various new markets outside the UK, with access to the US markets being key. With Tug-E-Nuff now having over 150 partners stateside.
Strengthened community relations has also central to the success of the brand, as the company welcomes just under 400 new members to its global networking, including behaviourists, walkers and boarders, vets and charities.
