HugglePets have welcomed two new members to their team. Fran Marshall joins as the new Online Marketplace and Data Supervisor, and Tom Gwilliam has become the Sales and Marketing Director.

Fran
After 16 years in the pet trade specialising in aquatics and reptiles, Frances Marshall has officially come south to join the team at HugglePets, an independent pet retailer and wholesaler in Wolverhampton, as the new Online Marketplace and Data Supervisor.
With plentiful experience in both retail and e-commerce, Fran brings with her a whole host of skills that’ll help HugglePets reach new heights and cement themselves as a pet company that’ll care for your pet and then some.
A project soon furthered by Fran is HugglePets’ brand new product range for dogs that includes both walking and grooming accessories in a wide variety. This follows such products as the bestselling HugglePets Fabric Crate Foldable Pet Carrier, launched in 2019, and the dog superfood range, Skye & Murphy, launched in 2022.
Some fun pet facts about Fran is that she used to be a breeder of reptiles, is OATA certified at the highest level, and did her degree in Animal Husbandry.
Fran said of the move: “I'm really excited to be part of the HugglePets family and working on a whole host of new ideas and ranges — watch this space!”
Tom
Tom Gwilliam, after 17 years in the pet trade specialising in accessory design, has officially came west to join the team at HugglePets, an independent pet retailer and wholesaler in Wolverhampton, as the new Sales and Marketing Director.
With a seasoned background in product and graphic design, Tom is the ideal candidate for assisting the company in their latest endeavour: stretching their paws into even more ranges developed under the HugglePets brand. A major upcoming example is one of their biggest projects yet – an all-encompassing product range for dogs that includes both walking and grooming accessories in a wide variety. This follows such branded products as the bestselling HugglePets Fabric Crate Foldable Pet Carrier, launched in 2019, and the dog superfood Skye & Murphy, launched in 2022.
A fun pet fact about Tom is that he enjoys keeping fishes, and once fought a shark.
