The Essex firm was among a select group of ethical animal businesses, charities and campaign organisations invited to Westminster to meet MPs and discuss the UK's most pressing animal welfare issues
Held in the Jubilee Room, the reception was organised by The Animal News Agency in partnership with Wildlife Guardian and brought together organisations working across a wide range of animal welfare sectors.
OxyPet showcased the development of its nano-bubble, oxygen-enriched hydration product designed to support the health and wellbeing of pets, particularly flat-faced breeds that can suffer from breathing difficulties.
Co-founder Lindsey John Taylor, commented, "It was a fantastic opportunity to speak directly with MPs and peers about the welfare challenges facing companion animals and the work OxyPet is doing to help improve their quality of life.
"There was a genuine interest in animal welfare throughout the afternoon, and it was encouraging to meet so many organisations that are all working towards the same goal. It was a brilliant opportunity to make new connections and raise awareness of the issues affecting flat-faced breeds."
