The annual rankings celebrate the UK’s leading employers and recognise organisations demonstrating exceptional workplace culture and colleague engagement and wellbeing, with Closer Pets achieving standout scores across all categories measured and outperforming both industry and global benchmarks by a significant margin.
Key benchmark areas included reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, instilling pride, job satisfaction, and confidence in management, with Closer Pets achieving a 95% score for business strategy.
