As part of the partnership, Natures Grub will provide an annual product allowance of £15,000, supporting the year-round supply of fresh and dried botanicals, forage and natural enrichment products for the animals.

Drawing on its extensive manufacturing expertise and longstanding relationships with botanical suppliers across the globe, Natures Grub is uniquely positioned to source and supply high-quality forage materials and herbal blends formulated to encourage natural foraging behaviours, dietary variety and environmental enrichment. The products supplied will help support positive animal welfare outcomes by promoting high-fibre foraging and species-appropriate enrichment for a variety of animals, including those housed within the Farm Barn.

Banham Zoo, operated by the Zoological Society of East Anglia, is dedicated to inspiring visitors to connect with and protect nature. Home to hundreds of animals, from rabbits and meerkats to tamarins and tigers, the Zoo works with businesses across East Anglia and beyond to support its charitable mission of conservation, education and exceptional animal care.

Commenting on the partnership, Brian Mott, Managing Director of Natures Grub said,

"As a Norfolk-based manufacturer, we are delighted to support Banham Zoo and its important conservation and animal welfare work. We are proud to be partnering with such a respected local organisation and look forward to supporting the animals throughout the year."

Joshua Hunter-Harl, Sales and Marketing Director said,

“We are thrilled to welcome Natures Grub as our Official Farm Barn Partner. Their generous support will help us provide a consistent supply of quality forage and enrichment materials for the animals in our care. Partnerships like this allow us to do more, enabling us to focus our resources on conservation and education initiatives while continuing to deliver the highest standards of care for our animals.”

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to animal welfare, environmental responsibility and conservation. By combining Natures Grub’s expertise in natural forage and enrichment with Banham Zoo’s dedication to animal care, the collaboration will help provide enriching environments for the animals while supporting the Zoo’s wider charitable mission.

As the partnership develops, both organisations look forward to exploring further opportunities to raise awareness of animal welfare, enrichment and conservation, while showing how local businesses and charities can work together to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
